From Chelsea and the wonderful front desk staff, all of the assistants and Dr. Chakalov himself, every single person here makes you feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you walk in. Getting my teeth cleaned is always satisfying and painless. Dr. Chakalov truly takes his time with his patients, explains everything thoroughly, and makes the entire process feel comfortable and painless. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to have the best experience possible. The quality of their dental work is amazing, and I’ve honestly never had to worry about anything going wrong. Everything has always been done with so much care and professionalism, and every experience I’ve had there has been smooth and pleasant. It truly feels like one big family, and they make you feel like part of it too. Everyone is so kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease. They recently updated and renovated the entire office, and it honestly feels so warm, modern, and inviting inside, not like a scary or intimidating dentist office at all. Even before the renovations, the office was always extremely clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but now it feels even more relaxing and enjoyable to be there, like you’re waiting at a spa lol. Before I found them I hated and dreaded going to a dentist, but that has changed and I actually look forward to my appointments here. I’m so happy I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and truly 5-star dentist experience! They are the best!!!!🥰😊
